So I thought I would share some info with you guys. First of all you might have noticed it getting a little chillier out, that means winter is coming. So light a fire (yes, what the picture is) and grab a beer and enjoy... Enjoy it all... That's about it....
So it is a nice grey drizzly day outside and I am thinking how much I would rather be back at the cabin Amy and I rented for the weekend. The one where we ate pizza by candlelight, made campfires and had to walk over to the pay showers before we went to the wedding on Saturday. Work is overrated and on a day like today just seems like a bad idea.
So as my group summitted Mt. Washington today. We saw snow. It is September and I have seen snow. Other than that is was a beautiful hike, ten miles long. Great day.
Played around in the surf for a little while taking a little video. Enjoy.
Igor is running up the coast. Hopefully it sends some nice lines of korduroy up here. Grab your boards... I'll grab my camera.
Left the house at 8am for a clean up day at the Salem Willows. This is what greeted me as I rounded Kernwood Country Club. It was a great morning to paddle. 6 miles total with a cleanup in between to stretch the legs. It was a good day. Now off to shop... Then out at 6. Then we shall see what is going to happen from there.
You ever have that feeling like life is moving a little to fast. Well hopefully the rain blowing through will slow things down a little bit. And I really pray that there is some kind of surf following the rain. My boards are dry and my wetsuit feels neglected.
