So I am doing some planning yesterday morning and this video came on VH1. It was like 930 in the morning. So I thought I would share it with you. Enjoy.

SUP the Coast It has been an interesting month so far as I started it off waking up with a dislocated elbow. After a day in the new office, it seems that having one usable hand makes the productivity of the day amount to a little less. Gonna try and make the most of it tomorrow.
On a lighter note Joe Hodnicki's work has been keeping the spirit light here in the Doghouse. Check out his work at Sharing the Stoke. I can't remember the exact date that I walked through the doors of Crunchy Granola Baby in Salem, but I do remember the first day I did was to help paint the walls. Amy had just started there and her excitement was contagious. From that day on I found my life very involved in this little shop.
I do not have children, I did not have any even close in my life until this past October when my nephew was brought into this world. Somehow though, over the past couple of years this little natural baby store was a part of my life. Until last night. Crunchy Granola Baby closed their doors for the last time. I am saddened to see this happen, what has been an integral of natural parenting, childbirth and hey even raising your child a little more naturally, in Salem will no longer be. There will be places to pick up some of the pieces but no one will be able to fill the void. So raise a glass, or your baby, and give a cheers to the run they had. Crunchy Granola Baby will be greatly missed. To say the past week was interesting would be a vast understatement. The fact that this blog entry is being typed in with only the left hand says enough as the other one is slung up like a hammock in a tree. A trip to Portland, OR started the week off. The meeting of amazing people added to the excitement. With these people dinners were had, stories were shared, and laughter was often heard echoing within both the office and outside of it. To continue the stoke of that maiden voyage to Portland here is a film trailer that Musings by Amy Tetreault shared with the Dog. It is based out Australia and the paws are crossed that it makes it to these shore First Love The Film - Trailer from First Love on Vimeo. |
